South Side Christian Church In Lima, Ohio Seeks Full-Time Associate Pastor.

We of South Side Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) encourage, nurture and support spiritual development and Christ-centered relationships within our church family and community by reaching out through God's love.

The congregation is very active with several groups including: Disciples Women, Disciples Men, Youth Group, a crafting group and our Chancel Choir. We have an extensive community outreach program and support a number of local programs with volunteer time and monetary gifts. The Christian Education program includes classes for children and adults and Vacation Bible School.
Lima is an active and vital community of 35,000 people. We have a number of excellent school systems. Lima also has two great hospitals. Some of the industry here includes the Lima Ford Engine plant, the General Dynamics Tank Plant and the Cenovus Refinery. The downtown is experiencing an exciting revival with numerous new retail businesses, restaurants and a new outdoor amphitheater. Lima has an active arts community which includes the Lima Symphony, Lima Area Concert Band and many arts events sponsored by ArtSpace Lima. It is also home to Rhodes State College, the University of Northwestern Ohio and a branch campus of The Ohio State University. Lima has also been rated as one of the most affordable communities in the U.S.

Interim Minister Sought For North Eaton Christian Church, Grafton, Ohio
North Eaton Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a warm and welcoming community of faith in the heart of Eaton Township near Grafton, Ohio (North Central Ohio). They are seeking a full-time Interim Pastor to led them through a time of transition and preparation for their next settled Pastor. The Interim Minister will lead the congregation through interim tasks related to the future of a church in tandem with the Regional Minister in the search & call process. At the same time, the Interim Minister will be tasked with a full range of pastoral duties, including leading worship, visitation, and supporting the life of the church and its congregation.
