POSTPONED - CAMP OUR WAY
at Camp Christian
For those with special needs who are ages 7 and up with an adult companion.
THANK YOU for your interest in Camp Our Way. However, due to a lack of registrations, I regretfully must inform you that we are postponing the Camp Retreat. We are disappointed that we will not be able to run the Camp this spring. We were hoping to bring up to 20 children and youth into the Camp Our Way Community. But we are pressing on to make bigger and better plans!
In looking at the Camp calendar for availability for the Monroe Lodge at Camp Christian, the next opportunity we have to provide Camp Our Way will be May 1-3, 2026. I know that seems like a long delay, and it isn't at all what we had envisioned, but we will continue to work behind the scenes and do some recruiting of campers for next spring. You can help with that! And when the Camp happens, it will be a totally amazing experience!
If you are interested in helping us spread the word about the Camp, please let me know. Meanwhile, we will keep working behind the scenes to bring you a very fun event and a chance to make new friends.
If you already registered, you should have been contacted personally about this postponement. As far as registration monies are concerned, you may have the payment refunded, or apply the payment to another event, or change it to a donation. Or any combination of those options. Contact Jennie Stoddart Bernard, our Regional Administrator, at jstoddartbernard@ccinoh.org. She will be happy to help you.
