- 5:00 p.m. – Check-In to Lodge Rooms (bring your own pillow, bedding, towels, and blankets)
- 6:30 p.m. – Fellowship & Snacks
- 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. – Regional Church Council Orientation Session

- 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast for those staying overnight
