"I am very proud and honored to be a member of the Regional Church Office Staff. Since 1949, when camp Christian came into being, there have only been three superintendents: Magnus Ezerens, Steve Taylor, and I. Thanks to all the disciples in Ohio for giving me the opportunity to serve as your Camp Christian superintendent. Camp Happens!"

*General Camp Christian Office Hours:

(basically not 9 to 5)
Scheduled days off: Thursday & Sunday
Regional Church Office Responsibilities:
Superintendent, Camp Christian.
I am responsible for everything at Camp Christian that does not
involve food services and programming. Actually, I'm a very busy
man.
I was raised in Kettering, Ohio. I have a lovely wife of 34 years (Donna), a wonderful son of 32 years (Brian), a marvelous son of 19 years (Billy), a totally awesome daughter of 11 years (Emily), a not-seen-enough grand-daughter of 5 years (Zoey), 4 dogs (Buddy, Blue, Gracie, & Lucy), and 5 cats (Boots, Skitty, Cutie-Pie, Buttercup, & Captain Jeter). I've proudly served on the Union County Board of Health since 2001 and am currently its President. Hobbies include fishing and bird watching.
I was graduated from Kettering Fairmont East High School in 1969. Nine days later I was in Navy Boot Camp at Great Lakes, Illinois. 23 years and some change after that, I ended up retired from a wonderful adventure wondering what I was going to do with the rest of my life. I worked for Meijer, and as a sports official, for a couple years until I got a job at a new Lowe's store in the Dayton area. I was an Assistant Store Manager there when I received the call to come live, work, eat, drink, breathe, and sleep Camp Christian.
